I went to the European Wax Center in Meriden today and had Sunisha do my eyebrows. My eyebrows look absolutely amazing and I keep getting complimented on them!! Sunisha was kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She is the only person I trust now to do my eyebrows and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get some great eyebrows!!!

I like going to Marrisa, she’s the best! The ladies at the front desk however not so much! They push you to purchase their packages, to the point of being rude to you if you don’t want to purchase. They take a no very personally and I don’t think that’s very professional of them.

From the minute you walk into the facility you notice how clean the place is, the staff is super friendly and they are on time with your appointment. I’m currently pregnant and Michelle made sure to have me feeling comfortable I told her how nervous I was and she was super sweet, gentle and had great convo so it distracted me. Waxing hurts but it didn’t hurt as much I’ve had real bad experiences before , I am definitely going back to her and referring everyone I know to get waxed with her. Horrible customer service from the manager who just stopped responding to my concerns after she requested a photo of the awful job the technician performed. She not only left sections throughout different sections of my body untouched but she also waxed in the wrong direction in some areas leaving stubble everywhere. I went back a second time for her to correct it but she didn’t care to do so and laughed about it. Second time going here with the same outcome. I do a better job waxing myself or I go to a salon that offers waxing services. Much better experience.
